Autumn Moon Tai Chi & Fitness



Hi! Welcome to Autumn Moon Tai Chi fitness. My name is Rick Chamberlin. I have been a practitioner of Chinese martial arts and tai chi for over 12 years.  I am an American Council on Exercise certified Group Fitness Instructor. My approach to qigong and tai chi is that it should be a shared experience in a group setting, preferably outdoors.  I feel that everyone can learn this art and move freely at their own pace as they make progress with returning their bodies to a natural state of health.  Our everyday lifestyles of standing on our feet all day, driving behind the wheel, or hunched over at an office desk has warped the natural flow of our bodies chi (vital energy), and caused blockages, resulting in chronic pain and injury.  It is my goal to teach everyone suitable qigong practices aimed specifically at relaxing and returning our bodies back to a natural state of health.
